Try to use olive oil and olive butter as this contains healthy fats as well. the smoothie diet and fat from animals should be avoided when starting a diet. It actually makes you put more weight on.

With all the controversies surrounding low-carb diets and the scores of variation, the first step is to become informed. You need to know how cutting carbohydrates works, what foods have carbohydrates, and how to eat a balanced low-carb diet with sufficient fiber, protein and fats.

In fact, it has been scientifically proven that the smoothie diet  actually helps in slowing down the aging process. Aging is mostly caused by junk protein accumulation in the cells, which leads to the cell eventually dying out. If the body stays in ketosis, then the junk protein is cleared from the cells since this protein is attack by the body to make energy. This helps preserve the cell for a longer duration thus drastically slowing down the aging process.

It wasn't until recently I realized that I didn't fail my diet, it was my diet that failed me. I came to the realization that most diets are way too rigid and strict for anyone to stick too for long. Therefore most of us give up and we get caught in the vicious cycle of buying the next big thing that is supposed to grant us whole body well being. With that being said, I want to give you my 5 basic rules for banishing belly fat forever.

There are some diet pills which could help to speed up your belly fat diet and if you decide to take them, you should know, that you still need to do a belly fat diet to see some results. Focus and fight against the cravings. If you have the will power, you will have no problems at all.
