Case A: Your PC can boot in safe mode

If you can't boot Windows 10, follow the steps below to enter safe mode.

By pressing the reset button or power button while Windows is booting and failing to boot three or more times in a row, automatic repair or "startup repair" is performed. Click Advanced Options> Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Startup Settings> Restart. Then press 4 or F4 to boot into safe mode.

Solution 1. Driver update

A defective driver can lead to the error "There was a problem and you need to restart your PC". Make sure all device drivers are up to date. You need to use a professional driver update tool in safe mode.

Solution 2. Uninstall a recently installed application

Recently installed applications can cause high RAM usage and lead to blue screen errors. Remember which program you had the problem with after installing it.

After entering Windows 10 Safe Mode, click Programs and Features on the Start menu. Then check for recently installed programs and uninstall them.

Suggestion: When uninstalling an application in Windows Safe Mode, you may receive the error message "Windows Installer service could not be accessed". Operate as follows.

(1) Execute CMD as an administrator.

(2) Enter the following command.

REG ADD "HKLM \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ SafeBoot \ Minimal \ MSIServer" / VE / T REG_SZ / F / D "Service"

(3) Enter " net start msiserver ".

(4) Try uninstalling the program again.

Now click to fix GeForce Experience Error Code 0x0003
