In getting started with routine walking exercise,APEX Booty  a person must feel committed to do the exercise daily. Proper preparation methods should also be implemented. It would often start with calling own doctors about the limitations of the planned walking exercise. Walking maybe the lightest type of exercise, but it also needs a doctor's advice. A check up should also be conducted before starting. In addition, the gears or clothes to be used when jogging must be chosen properly, taking note especially of the material used for the clothes. The shoes must fit well and must be flexible on the balls of the feet. Heels should be low to the ground and flat. The ideal shoes would be a pair of well-fitting athletic shoes such as running shoes and cross trainers.Numerous research has been conducted on the effects of exercise to combat and reduce stress. In my own practice working with corporate people, I have witnessed firsthand the damaging physiological effects of stress; soaring blood pressure, panic attacks, dry mouth, tension, tight chest, sweating are only some of the early symptoms which develop as a result of stress.Exercise is an amazing activity for combating stress. It serves as a circuit breaker, interrupting the negative feedback loop from the body to the brain that heightens anxiety in a stressful situation. Exercises increases brain function and neurotransmitters within the brain, allowing stronger and healthier neural connections to develop.​​​
