It takes a well - developed, imagination, to introduce the best ideas. However, until/ unless these align with the ideology of the specific group, it becomes challenging to make, the best decisions!How can those, selecting, and/ or electing, new leaders, be expected to make the best choices, until/ unless, they, first, closely examine, and thoroughly consider, a potential leader's priorities, and essential GOALS? No one, can ever become a quality, relevant, sustainable, effective leader, without certain goals, which inspire and motivate, both, the individual, himself, as well as stakeholders, in a meaningful way! The process begins with having a strong, vital, vibrant vision, a high degree of motivation and persistence, and the combination of a positive, can - do, attitude, with a well - developed, skill - set, in order to transform one's dreams, into goals, which hopefully, create the best possible reality.
