Vita Ultimate Garcinia Don't be too self-critical when falling off your diet. You aren't trying to be perfect here. If you find yourself giving into temptation and eating something not on your diet, simply work out a little longer to make up for it. If you can't find the time for extra exercise, don't sweat it. This will only stop you from reaching your goals. Don't stop moving ahead!
