Studies confirm that periodization, which is the continuous Enduro Force change of weight and intervals of repetitions, generates the greatest increases of volume and muscular tone. One form of periodization that seems to be superior to others is the so-called undulating periodization, which is nothing more than the constant change of weight and intervals of repetitions in each exercise. Several research studies conducted in Brazil and the University of Connecticut support this form of training to achieve continuous benefits.
