Horlaxen Make sure that you are using your brain when performing squats. Use a point near the middle of the traps when lowering the bar. That will put more pressure on your glutes, hamstrings and hips, and this will allow you to squat press more weight than before.Consider trying creatine. If you take creatine along with a protein and carbohydrate rich diet, it will enable you to train harder and longer. Ask your doctor prior to taking these supplements.
