The system says it has already transferred the payment. But after months, it has never showed on my Paypal account. How do we resolve this?

soy fiel a shorte, nunca dudare de su sistema, pero si eso pasa como dice.. pos tendré que irme supongo, pero aun  no me paso tu caso

I am having the same exact problem. Paypal says they have sent it to my account but my connect says they never received it and not showing any balance in PayPal account. I was supposed to be refunded back but the refund has still not been posted anywhere. I don't know where to go from here!
