Hi ,, My Probleme Is That I've Received 2 Payment this month from shorte.st the first was on 10/07/2015 ths second is today with total of 21.75$ 

 

The Big probleme is that whene i've received the first payment with (7.75$) in my avalaible money there is no change, i've received 7.75$ but it's still 10$ on avalaible money ( Sorry for my bad english ) The result is that i need to refund 7.75$ to you , but the probleme is that paypal balance is pending you confirmation for i can use it ,, so please confirm the transaction for i can refund your 7.75$ thank you :)
